Feb. 21st: Future Chefs of El Dorado County Kick-Off Mardi Gras Dinner. Gold Vine is a huge supporter of the Future Chefs of EDC Foundation. Help us raise scholarship funds for aspiring Culinary teens in our area. Dinner, Wine, Raffles, Auctions, Music and lots of fun! Tickets are $15.00 in advance, and can be gotten at Gold Vine or at Tony Matthews in downtown Placerville. Dinner will be prepared by the students of the Central Sierra ROP program and will have a New Orleans theme. This event is the kick-off event to promote the Future Chefs teen Culinary competition.
